If you overcook it on the road, trail or track you can rest assured that PureMotion has your back. We offer a discount off a replacement product when you hit the deck and trash your kit. Normal wear and tear or bramble/fabric pulls do not apply.
To make a claim please email email@example.com with the subject line ‘crash replacement’ and include your full name, order number and a photo which shows the damaged to the kit.
- The crash replacement policy only applies to products bought from PureMotion Sports within the last 18 months.
- PureMotion Sports will offer up to 25% off the RRP of the replacement helmet at our discretion.
- Posting your crashed goods is at your expense. We strongly recommend using a signed for service, as it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with us.
- You must be able to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or email receipt)
- The discount offer is only valid for the original purchaser.
- Only genuine claims will be accepted (our decision on whether a claim is genuine is final)
- Normal wear and tear, bramble/fabric pulls, or other damage does not apply.
- The discount cannot be used with any other offer or promotion, including items on sale.
- Only clean items will be accepted so please wash the blood and dirt off an item before returning it!
