• PureMotion Sports will exchange goods within 7 days of purchase.
  • All products need to be returned in original packaging & tags attached, accompanied by a completed returns form
  • PureMotion Sports do not offer cash refunds, a PureMotion Sports Coupon may be issued to the value of the items returned. This coupon will be valid for a period of 6 months
  • PureMotion Sports will only accept products for exchanges or refunds if they are still in the original condition and original undamaged packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, cycling shorts/bibs may not be returned or exchanged
  • No return or exchange on sale items
  • There will be courier cost to any Return or Exchange via the online store. The cost is for the customer’s account.
  • Merchandise must not have been fitted or used
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the PureMotion Sports returns form -
  • You will be expected to pay all shipping costs (send & return)
  • You will be expected to pay a 10% administration. These fees will be invoiced to you and is payable by means of credit card or electronic transfer.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damaged or Faulty Goods We will refund in full the cost of any item found to be faulty or defective, if returned with your receipt within 28 days of purchase.

Other Items

  • Items can often be exchanged at the Event where you purchased the goods. After the Event has closed, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund unless the goods are found to be damaged (see above).
  • However, you may exchange items for credit (Coupon) to be redeemed against an alternative product(s), if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase, in unused condition and in original packaging.
  • Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, and include this when you return your goods.

To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

  • Pack the item in its original packaging
  • Include your receipt
  • Complete an Event Stock Return Form (include link to form), and include it in your parcel.

Coupons purchased cannot be refunded.
Customers who request a refund on products bought with a gift card will receive a new gift card.

If you have received an incorrect item, it may be returned for exchange or refund. Free shipping.

  • PureMotion Sports and our international suppliers will still carry the normal warranties/guarantees of these products as well as providing after-sales service.
  • PureMotion Sports will replace any product under warranty
  • A PureMotion Sports Coupon will be issued to the value of the items returned. This coupon will be valid for a period of 6 months

Wrongly Shipped

  • For Purchases Wrongly shipped by PureMotion Sports, the customer is liable to send back the goods and will be refunded the postage costs of R 150.00
  • PureMotion will send the correct goods on our expense back to the customer.

Expected Timelines

  • All orders that are placed on items we have in stock before 2:00pm and received by PureMotion Sports, will be dispatched the same day.
  • Back-orders take around 2 weeks to arrive from Europe/US , clearing customs being the main reason for the extra week needed  - email info@puremotionsports.co.za for more detail
  • Order received after 2:00pm on a Friday or during weekend or Public Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Delivery time depends on customer's location

Courier (Door to Door service)

  • Freight Courier delivery to most cities will be within 1-2 working days.
  • Signature is required on delivery.
  • You may choose to take out additional delivery insurance to cover your parcel during the delivery period. This will be for your own cost/account.
  • Should you choose not to make use of the additional insurance, PureMotion Sports cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage to ordered merchandise that occurred during the couriering thereof.

Prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 14%. Prices on the website are updated regularly, and may change without notice. Prices are dependent on International Exchange Rate(s).

When purchasing goods at PureMotion Sports payments can be by Credit Card or EFT
Credit Card payments are handled by PayFast (https://www.payfast.co.za/) – PayFast are secure payment gateway which ensures absolute security when buying online.
