Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you receive from PureMotion Sports and our agreement with you therefore entitles you to return goods on the conditions set out below. Nothing in those conditions affects or detracts from your statutory rights, in particular your right to receive goods which are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and which conform to the description given of them on our website.

 

If you wish to return a product:
We must receive it back within 90 days of the date on which you received it from us (or 30 days for sale items) at the following address:

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Items are only eligible for return if it was purchased from PureMotion Sports (www.puremotionsports.co.za) and within 90 days of purchase.

Providing your item is unworn, as new and has all it’s tags attached you can return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase (or 30 days for Sale items).

Returning goods to us is at your expense. We strongly recommend using a signed for service, as it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with us.

You must be able to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or email receipt)

The replacement offer is only valid for the original purchaser.

 

WARRANTY RETURNS

If you notice a defect with your item(s) within 3 months, we will provide a refund or replacement. Please note that this does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, snags, rips or abrasion.

For any warranty claims or queries, please contact info@puremotionsports.co.za , stating your order number in the email.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or design of the same product, from the same season. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund, and place a new order.

We aim to send out replacements within 7 days of the return arriving with us.

 

REFUNDS

When you request a refund for returned products, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping cost.

If you are returning part of a Bundle or Complete, the bundle discount is no longer valid and your refund amount will reflect this.

We aim to pay refunds within 7 days of the return arriving with us.
